if you play offline, no need open port.
if on your pc open port in router(192.168.1.1).
if on vps open in firewall rules(if google cloud: add firewall rules in network engine)

i dont know man, you must figured out and decide what server files SEASON u want to make.. the videos and tuts are all there, u just need to do the work.

No my friend you have to put the work and learn, it took me 3 months to just make season 2 server working everyday and i didnt had all this tutorials and support like everyone does nowdays from here. If u have issues u just ask in mu help section and be patient.
Can i request guides for cs configuration in IGCN season 9.5 including how to set exact time date and day in muemu files i knew it how it works but for igcn s9.5 i cant configured out so i decided to make a request to figured out what part i lapsed on configuring the cs war in s9e5 igcn files. thanks in advance hope it will be answered .....
i recommend u first ask in IGCN thread then u ask in MU Help section, keep asking untill u learn and findout, no one will specificly make a tutorial for such things cus there is already many threads where ppl discussed about that.
