My gameserver forced disconect the player after 1 minute conected!

problem connecting to wan/ when im connecting to lan its ok im using the ip address of (no-ip) what do you think is the problem? someone help....
server list:
0 "xxx" "192.168.0.194" 55901 "SHOW"
1 "xxx" "example.sytes.net" 55901 "SHOW"
other ips = all ip is wan
excep for my commonserver & links= my comp ip
i also forwarded the ports to my router
pls help.....

ALL ip's must be global...also in commonserv/cs/links

and since ur using a router u dont need loopback..
WITH loopback u cant connect from ur own network becuz ur router forwards u and u get kicked back by the loopback since ur on the same ip

anyone can help me to config my router. I want to up my server online. I'm using conexant ADSL 4 port router.

For anyone who has a server working on WAN (internet) but not on LAN, you can add your server's LAN IP to each network PC's HOSTS file, which will mean that the local computers will resolve the dns address (name address) to the lan IP, instead of the internet IP.

and it should work, IF your server already works on the net and the only problem is with loopback/resolving to net ip.

HOSTS files will be in the following locations:

%SYSTEMROOT%\system32\drivers\etc (XP/2000/2000s/2003s)

%WINDIR%\system32\drivers\etc (NT)

%WINDIR%\system (95/98/98SE, not sure about ME)
