FIRST OF ALL
Download SQL 2000 :

I just put some pics ...



1.Extract it on C or d whetever you like.
Let's say that you have extract it at C.
1.Open autorun.exe

2.Select "SQL 2000 Server Compotents"
3.Select "Install Database Server"

4.Press "Next" four times, then "Yes".

5.Select "Server and Client tools" (Default)

6.Press "Next" two times.

7.Select "Use the Local System account" and press "Next"
Select "Mixed Mode (Windows Authentication and SQL Server Authentication)"

8.Type a password (This will be used in your mu server aswell)
Press "Next" and "Finish"

Now we have to download server files :

1.1 Create a folder in C: called MuServer
And put the server files there...

Now we have to restore databases .
1.2Go to start->all programs ->Microsoft sql server ->Service manager and click Start .

1.3 Go to start->all programs ->Microsoft sql server->Enteprize manager and then

click Microsoft sql servers ->SQL Server group ->Local (windows NT)

1.4 Right click on Databases ''New Database'' Call it MuOnline and press "Ok

1.5 Create with the same Way other 2 databases call it ''MuOnline_Ranking'',''SCFMuTeam''MuOnline_Event''

1.6 Now we go to Databases and left click to see our databases which we made .

1.7 Right click on the datbase "MuOnline" and go to "All Tasks" -> "Restore database"
Click on From Device
Click on Select Devices
Click on Add
Click on the "..." and go to C:\MuServer\Database Backup\ and select MuOnline
after that push OK

Options Tick <<Force restore over existing database''

1.8 Check if the paths is correct for instance they should be like that :
C:/MuServer/Database Backup/Muonline et.c

Then OK

1.9 Do the same with the others too.
''MuOnline_Ranking'',''SCFMuTeam''MuOnline_Event''

2.0 We finish from the restore database and we have to go to the C/Mu Server and click ODBC 2 times ''yes''

2.1 Now you have to put your sql password to the following paths....

2.2 C:/MuServer /Bin /Ranking .ini
C:/MuServer /Bin /exbd .ini
C:/MuServer /Bin /event .ini
C:/MuServer/GameServer /SCF_Connect.ini

2.3 Now you have to put the ip inside in the files so go to

http://whatismyipaddress.com/

Get your ip from there and put it on the following paths...

2.4 C:/MuServer /Bin/Data/Server List Open it with NotepadWhen you see "Your IP Here" you put your ip for instance in the C:/MuServer /Bin/Data/Server List you put it like this :
// Server list
0 "FalloutMU" "94.71.114.187" 55901 "SHOW"

-C://MuServer/data /mapserverinfo Notepad and Leave the S
0 0 1 S94.71.114.187 55901
19 0 0 S94.71.114.187 55919
-C://MuServer/StartUp and open it with Notepad at the end u will see ipadd=Your IP Here put only there Your Ip


2.5 Now you have to put 127.0.0.1 in the following paths...
C://MuServer /data /lang /kor/commonloc IP = Your IP Here Change this to->
IP = 127.0.0.1

C://MuServer /Start up and u will see this
v4v=Your IP Here
v5v=Your IP Here Change to->

v4v=127.0.0.1
v5v=127.0.0.1

2.6 Now About the person who use Router
Open the following ports :

44405
55901
55919

2.7 Now If you want to connect from your own to pc to the server you should visit the loopback

2.8 Now you have to download client

2.9 Now you have to edit IP and Serial in the main exe...
Download MainCracker

3.0 After you have download it open the main .exe
and put there YourIP '->'IPAddress

Serial&Version ->Replace FalloutMU1.04.24 ->leave the same
Replace Version -> 1.04.24

3.1 The Final Step Download the launcher->

3.2 After u have finish the download open the launcher and tick
Enable options
Show Server Status

Then
NameOfYourServer

<<The name of the server which you want to be>>

Server hostname/IP

http://whatismyipaddress.com/

Server Port
44405

and click Build
then take ur launcher and put it to your client....



3.3 Now you go to the C://MuServer and open MuServerStartup and That's it
If the MuServerStartup
will work fine ty you have got your server ;)

Help? :( When i go in to the server it shows me Server is down for maintenance....
But when i open launcher it shows 44405 is not a vaild integer value.

try to edit the main with ur ip use MainCracker and also dont forget to put the version 1.04.24

Hello , i've been killing my ass of in the last couple of day trying to figure out how to make a server work , i switched different files , read and re-read lots of files..i changed the operating system from vista x64 to winserver2003 x32 ..

i tried your files both on vista and winserv2003 ...i know for sure i am the retard one..and the one that's not understanding... i did my best to complete and do all the things you mentioned in your tutorial as good as i could.. but i still don't manage to make it work..

at the moment the joinserver starts...but nothing more..nothing else happens...

help please..

Secondly if u use ur MM u cannot warp i dunno why but if u find a way to solve replay back ty in advance;)
