Set up Endi's Season 3 Episode 1 Files

after you download it,
EXTRACT it, (WHICH IT WILL DO AFTER YOU DOWNLOAD IT, WHICH YOU'D THINK YOURE ALREADY INSTALLING BUT NO, IT'S JUST EXTRACTION)
youd still have to INSTALL it...
1. open the folder where you extracted the SQL SERVER...
2. double click AUTORUN. it's usually in the C:\SQLEVAL\autorun.exe
3. Click SQL 2000 Server Components
4. Click Install Database Server
5. Hit NEXT 8 TIMES! DONT CHANGE ANYTHING JUST HIT NEXT
6. Choose "Local System Account"
7. Choose "Mixed Mode"
8. Enter a Password that YOU'LL REMEMBER! This will be the password you'll put in the svconfig.ini files! WRITE IT DOWN SOMEWHERE!
9. Hit Continue. Then this will INSTALL the SQL Program

i used this, success...

* Press ‘Continue’ and this will install your SQL Server.
* Open the ‘Service Manager’ and click ‘Start/Continue’ and this will start your SQL Server (If it does not connect, delete \SQLEXPRESS from the title).

Sir the odbc.reg doesn't do anything even if I clicked yes. :(

it aint supposed to do anything...
just run it, click ok, success, done...

I read this thread all over looking for a solution. I have the same problem, 'LoginServer Connect Fail" when running the GS.

I followed the steps 1 by 1, slow and I'm sure I didn't do any mistakes.

Ports are forwarded correctly in router. This same error comes up when I try 1.04H server files, but I haven't been able to figure this out.

Any further hints would definitely help.

1.02R+ Full Client

but i've got this litle error:( as you know after i've made all the steps i must start up all the shortcuts from C:\MuServer\link ... well:| at the last 2 (11-GameServer,12-GameServerCS) apears the same error : Login Server conect fail!

Your Dark Lord code seems to be different from the clients (64-65 for ex. in The database). You must get other client/main or just change code in db.

How come I follow the guide 600% incl. hexing and ALL and I still get "you have been disconnected from the server" when I launch the client.

Server is running as it should but clientside is kinda messing with me!?!

ok man .. i had that problem .. if u using "no-ip" host so u can't use hosts like "xxx.no-ip.org ; xxx.no-ip.biz " because the main cannot connect to " - " you must use no-ip's like " xxx.hopto.org ; xxx.zapto.org " :) good luck..

Hi have run all files with sucess, i use a router and i configure a loopback tool, and i can play in same pc of server.

My question is:

Can i play together with internet people?
Can i play from other pc, connected to same router?
Whap ports i need open?

Probably the ports, check all the ports including all dataserver ports and in mapserver info
e.g. on links:
C:\Muserver\Dataserver1\Dataserver.exe 55960 2 etc.
C:\Muserver\DAtaserver2\Dataserver.exe 55962 1
and in mapserver info. must correct all ports

Working now in Crywolf and DL summon skill.

This files S3 Ep1 you can only got a good S2. more some fix and have a good S2 Complete and stable. Already on 3 days with 5 players, Mode Lan+Wan same time.

I had this error. I fixed it like this:

Deleted all databases
Created again the databases
runed ODBC again.. ;)
hope i helped!

if it doesn't work.. try this - delete databases + crate databases again + run ODBC again + PC reset = should work :)

A new window should apear. Do the following:

(In General) Press the "From device" option=> Select Devices=>Add=>In the "File name:" put C:\MuServer\DB Backup\MuOnline=>Press OK(x2)=>Now go to "Options" (look at the upper left corner)=>Check "Force restore over existing databse"=>Click "MuOnline_Data" and put C:\MuServer\MuServer\DB (do the same with MuOnline_Log).=> Click OK

You have to repeat the same procedure with the other 2 databases, just replacing MuOnline with Ranking and MU2003_EVENT_DATA.

I had put the Client 1.05k Ful the patch and "Mypatch" that is linked in original post!
I run my main.exe ( that i have edi wit hex to put my IP )

everything works fine the launcher says the server is on. i changed the ip to a main ver. 1.04J that i found bc the mains in here are messed up, cant find any ip to replace in them. i changd the ip to the main.
now when i go in game select server i put my account when i press enter i get dc from server.

any tips on to why that happens?

When i create a char it start with lvl 400 -.- and max stats. And it starts in Lorencia Outside :s . anybody knows why?

There is no stable season 3 files at all, even webzen dont have a stable season 3 files...


Why dont you release season 4 files here maybe there are many users use it...

no i dont dome something wrong man, this guide is useless you know, its not easy and full of bugs...

Nowadays webzen release the full stable season 4 patch and we are using it now...


Commercial server is better than private server at all...
