Can you please tell me what SQL Server are you using on Vista?
cause A few weeks ago, i bought 4gb of ram and i also put vista Ultimate on my PC
but since then, i can install SQL Server but just somehow cannot connect to it....
weird?

PS: about the dsn thing, I have a www.dyndns.com account and I am using their services and I cannot complain.

i extract the files and it says ! Cannot close the file MuServer\MuUtilities\MU_Launcher_Builder\MU_Launcher_Builder\Launcher.exe

Sry but i haven't read all the posts but i have a problem. When i start the server (muserverstarter) it loads the files dataserver, chatgame, joingame and so on. When it reaches the end Gameserver or sth it gives me a dont send error.

PS: I Have did all correct on my server databases IP's all and etc and it says server ports OK connect ON bla bla but nothing :S

nope.. doesnt work..when i opened main.exe it loaded but then
"you are disconnected from the server"
and when i pressed the Muserverstarter or something.
when the final 1 loaded,
it said monster attribute over 5800
and when i extracted the MU.rar on Vista,
it says
"mu.dll could not be found"
i tried on my XP computer and it worked fine

i can connet to all the server apart from gameserver....
when it try to start gameserver(to be ready) windows says me: gameserver.exe stops to work.....
how can i resolve??
can i create a muonline server season4 with this tutorial too ? i have muserver 1.05K+ and i havent found any tutorial that says how to create a muonline season4 ...
Man I just want to say thanx for the files and the guide very helpful and if there is any problems, all you have to do is look at the rest of the posts and almost everything you need is right there, all you have to do is think of what to do with the information you are given...... very nice man thanx again =)

I did everithing but the last bit I dont know what to do. The port thing. When I put my default gateaway it wants me to put some Account and Pass I dont know what they are.

Icenecto: Most of the time the default is something like 1234 or 123456 it just depends on what router you are using or if a password was setup you just need to ask who ever set it up what it is... or just rerun the software and make new account and pass
