I got Windows 7 x64 Ultimate, amd athlon 64 x2 4000+, 2gb ram 667, Geforce 9500gt... my hardware is much worse than yours and yet it runs smooth.
You just need to install properly your drivers, otherwise it's a hardware problem but in this case you wouldn't have complications only with mu.
actually i run every game perfect .. crysis, assasin screed ... i got all drivers installed long time ago .. run season 2 client also s5 and s6 its just s3 and s4 that drops me .. whatever i found my issue and im waiting for answer right now :). Have fun
theres numbers i highlighted are the amount of golden mobs spawn?

Yes this is the number of how many mobs you want to be summoned in the invasions.
But you're not using the latest update I've made, you should download the files again.
Edit your golden mobs with this:

i'm not using the latest update? ah when did you update? i downloaded your server files like 2 weeks ago, didn't realise you have updated since then. what got updated?
I did made some small changes the last two weeks, that I reckon right now is this code I pasted above and the links for the connectserver that were not working properly. There are some things else but I don't remember exactly because as I said just small stuff.
you get less zen when selling jewels to NPCs, around 1/3 less of whcih your supposed to..
e.g = sell bless to npc you should get 3m but instead you get 1m
= sell soul to npc you should get 2m but instead you get 700k
i've looked for ways to change but can't find anywhere... any help please?
In one of the files inside the RMST folder has the value of the jewels... I wrote the right values but it didn't make any effect.
So I conclud that it's a bug of the files.
yeah i saw that file, tried re-writing the values but didn't change. guess i'll have to work around it.

as im playing offline in the mean time, can i still setup my website and forum while playing in offline mode?
The access to your databases is just made locally by the server files even if you use global IP, just like the website... So it doesn't matter. You can always access your site with the adress "localhost".
Few Questions..
where can i change the name of my server?
How can i close the server down properly, like you know when a message comes up, "server shutdown in 60 seconds" then 50 bla bla bla.
Open and read every file inside the data folder, gameserver, gameservercs and rmst... doing it you will learn a lot already.
To change the connect notice edit the file "/gameserver/gameserver.ini"
To close it properly, go on the gameserver.exe and click on ect and choose the time... when all the connections are closed you can close it manually. Otherwise the last data won't be saved.

when i click gameserver and gameserverCS it give me error that say failed to connect check gameserver.ini but my client works well but it dont disconect me it doesnt show any server it start but its just blank and i think my problem is editing the username and password because i just use local on sql so what should i put on username and password x.x thanks
