Well damn, I thought I had it this time. No dice.
Either the Client or Main is not working, everything works fine and is running, but something must be wrong with the Client or Main.
If not I might have the ATI Radeon video card / driver problem..
Also, GameServerCS worked fine the first time I tried.
Now, I'am getting a:
[CastleDeep Event] ProcState_Closed error
CheckSync() iEVENT_END_DATE_NUM <= iTODAY_DATE_NUM
Init() - CheckSync() == FALSE
Any idea what the problem might be?
I can post screenshots or more info if needed..

The castledeep even must be configured only, it works fine. The same for the castle siege.I see some links have been updated,.. Thank you!

Concerning the ATI Radeon, I think other guys already created other topics to help with that.
I always used geforce so I don't know. :P
When I click on Main, it tries to start then freezes.
Everything is running fine when I startup the server..
I'm not sure if it's the client, or the main.exe.
Can this guide be used to setup different versions of servers and clients?

The files are normally all the same, very few diferences.
Nothing wrong with the client or main, I use the same.
Always update the drivers with latest versions. Visual studio libaries, framework, GPU drivers and so on...
Delete the DB, the re-create it following the tutorial with attention and restore them. If you setted up the SQL right you shouldn't have any problems.I make 100% of your TUTORIALS + youtube

Hello,im kinda new and have some difficulties, I did everything what was written in the first post but when I launch the main.exe it just creates a MuError crash dump file and a txt full of asian(korean) characters... I used my 192.168.1.101 IP bucause i just want to test it on my computer not on the net, i have the exe-s running,when I launch the GameServer( and the CS) it gives me and error: Please input authentication server addres and port number. I only edited the IP in the files you said..
It's in the utilities.
You probably corrupted the main when you edited. Use the xvi32 and never press backspace inside the editor. ;)
The shortcuts for the gameservers should have the parameters to connect with the ports and IP's. If you check the original shortcuts you will see that they are there.
I did it again and nothing happened...and i didnt mistyped it, when i launch MuMaker it gives me error: Invalid object name 'MEMB_INFO'
When i launch the startup i also got a lot of new errors and i see 127.0.0.1 ip nearly everywhere
Okay, i checked my ports are not open but I just need an" offline(lan)" version just to check some stuff,I did everything in your video then did the ODBC thing and did the SQL/IP and everything gives me error messages, mumaker , everything...

Main.exe not working but i changed the IP,In the SQL managment studio MuOnline databse looks empty but id did everything like in the video,MuMaker gives me error(MEMB_INFO) and "Character" bug.The dataserver gives me this: WZ_CreateCharcter Stored Procedure version 1 .The ExDB dont find the data table and it writes an error... I tried making server couple of times but I never succeded.I know there are other "guides" but sometimes they dont work too... Please help me.
Try restoring the Database.
Well i searched in this forum i didnt find anything which i understand can u just qucikly write it down "dumbly"?
The video teaches how to install, configure and create(only) the database in compatibility mode. Restoring has been taught millions of times already. I'm sure you will find something out there that will guide you doing it.
