I made a server and everything works fine. Though I have some questions (I posted in the Help section but no luck so far)
1. GM Commands? Nothing seems to work.
2. I connect fine from my computer, but when I send the client + the fixed main, they get disconnected. I think it's an IP issue, but I'm using a router, I opened ports(technically I disabled the router firewall) but nothing. Can you give me a quick guide where to put what ?
I can send you the files and my IP's, too.
Test the posts at Open Port Check Tool and use the Global IP if you want people to connect through the internet. The video explains it.
And how to set the IP, there's simply no mystery.

2) On the folder "\MuServer\Database", run an ODBC reg choosing the right one to your OS version.
Run the ODBC.reg 64 or 32 bits?
I configured the server but i'm having problems connecting on it. After selecting the Valhalla server, suddenly disconnects.

Followed the guide step by step everything seems to be alright except for the dataserver 1/2 im getting an error.

Query feedback : Command completed Succesfully but after starting the dataserver it still shows me that string error.
I was thinking it has to do with this version problem, i diddnt entered a version with the maincracker, also i wasnt able to find where i can see this version code. Reffering to ur answers ( Check the file "muserver\rmst\common.ini". ) I dont have such directory (/rmst) also after redownloading the client/server couldnt find this information.
I can enter the server and it show's me the Valhalla server, but if i click it, it dissconnects me.
Hopefully somebody could give me a kick in the good direction.

You should allow "ConnectServer", "GameServer" and "GameServerCS", keep rest blocked for securance.
This is allowed in my firewall, also the ports in my router are forwarded.
The only strange thing is, if i use command in cmd ( netstat -anop TCP ) it doesnt show me the open ports. Perhaps this is because im running on a Esxi Vmware server which uses VMNet Network.
Regarding to my first post, the server is online only it seems it cannot proceed when clicking "Valhalla" to the screen for login credentials.
Hey, I've been following the thread and I went through pages 1 - 40, trying to solve my problem but none worked.
I enabled all 3 ports on my router and set the files to my global IP correctly, I did all steps correctly too.
Open Port Check Tool shows Error: Connection Timed Out or Error: Connection Refused.
I tried to log in with the main, but I got disconnected right after the loading.
I changed the Main.exe to my Lan IP.
I started the game, it showed me the server, but when I click it I get disconnected right away.
I saw someone had the same problem and then he changed all IPs in files to his Lan IP to play offline, so I did it too.
I get the same thing, trying to click the server and then getting disconnected.
I'd really like to get this done successfully and I tried to ask for help and I searched all over Google, unfortunately, nothing had worked.
Please help me as soon as possible.

Just keep revising what you're doing until you do it right, there's no other way. All I have to say is written in the thread.
If you have disconnect after choosing the channel, your gameserver is not well setted.
And concerning your firewalls/routers, there's always the manual and technical support to help you with it.
I'd be happy if you could help me a bit more, i'm sure you have written and dealed with all these problems before or at least some of them right here in this thread, but i'm afraid 70 pages is too much, I think my problem can be solved easily but only if I knew how..
So i'd be glad for a bit more help, help that is in details, thanks anyways.
Also, if you wanna know my entire case, you could read my thread on Help section in this forum, nobody answered so.. I could use your help.
Everything works well. Except from what I downloaded fo your original post. I have no cashshop (Went and downloaded one) however, MY client does not allow access to the cashshop (using the main you posted) I Don't know if you posted a patch for this or not.
u gotta get another main then mate .
This is Kor Protocol, it doesn't bring cashshop.
For that you should use IA Julia from my release thread, files can be setted up equally.
