Its just usable specially with IGCN files etc..
nothing serious , use sql 2000 or 2000 much better.

user xampp 1.7.3 for the sql 2008 r2 and mucore because if you are using xampp 1.7.7 you will have MSSQL dll mising

Dont use SQL 2000... Use sql 2008 or SQL 2012.. SQL 2000 is unstable, slow, unsecure, etc...
