Trigger to prevent dupe

what is the sql command to dc user. when they dupe, changing vault pw is not effective. have some bugs

If is dupe detect , how can i block account for 1 hour? ; after 1 hour to be automatic unblocked?

is there sql command to dc user if use dupe? this script is not complete, due to some other things, those that didn't dupe still get "caught"

i have a server with 1500 players online or more, i already had one that blocks the vault and block the account. but i need a trigger that erase in the moment exactly when the items are duped, both, i mean the duped item and the normal item.
