i have a big bug in my server, after any hours, my server disconnect all users and have l1 error...

Server is fine only the names when you warp, maps are in Chinese, and anybody knows where to change this in english?
It supposed to be Trade, guild, duel etc.

When I kill a mob and zen or an item drops, that item remains on the floor forever, it doesnt dissapear unless I get it..
