Why the monsters and npcs are late to presented?

well , if u tried to change some maps or add a map that gs doesn't load , you will never hit a monster because if gs dont accept map and main loads it u only have a good place to SEE

This is cuz of the Dataservers check the Allowed ips, ports and etc...

Commonserver.cfg > Eventchipserverconnect = 1 change to 0
