True but also depends on processors and especially on RAM and Internet Connection.You need at least 400Kb Upstream (Upload speed) as server is sending data to clients who request it from server.
Client = Download speed
Server = Upload Speed

Got the gs_cs for this actually :) old CzF files, but not worth releasing, 1.2Q is a bugged chinese season 2 beta gameserver and there are much better files out there than this old stuff, its not worth it, even for the nostalgia.
any chance getting server files which doesn have VIRUS ?!?!
