MilkShape 3D opens smd files without problems why should we download 3Ds max and put plugins to open smd files or 3Ds max is a better than milkshape ?

3ds max is alot better but milkshape is alot easier.milkshape is good too i use milkshape

If you not using 3ds max this release is 0 for you. This is plugin for 3ds max and now you are able to work with smd files in 3ds max and make your own models.
