Found this on another forum and I tought why not share it with the rest of the community ;)?
Site is based on DarksWeb 0.3, but 98-99% of it was rewritten. It's an old version, so there may be a few bugs.
Setup guide :
Put your SQL information in config.php and run the sqlcode.txt which is located in the main folder, in Query Analyzer.
Edit the information.php with your server information which is located in module/

I am pretty sure that you can do anything under " Control Panel ", No admin panel = more secure. Ask the one who made the script, not me ;)

i know how to config the php.ini, it just doesn't work ^_^ i use IIS 7.5, PHP 5.2.17
what webserver are you using?

complete-php from there works, but i need with php-cgi.exe or it won't work with IIS
