When you put IP StartUp you somehow accidentally deleted the "ca"?

when i run startup .. it load all.. ok.. but i've see this error...
when i selected the "window" of GS and GSCS like "not responding" and load very slowly

The only bugs i was unable to fix are : BK TS bug and GS crash (if there are no ppl online the GS dosen`t crash,i tested it for 3 days...but when ppl started to play it crashes in 6-12 hours,even faster)....and because of the GS crash..these files are useless :(,to bad....because these are very nice files,Shatter....please try to fix the GS.

i keep geting this error and don`t send error i have lock on lor reports but nothing :| and how can i make so i can enter in arena chages ? i have try a lot of patches but nothing gs_cs keeps crashing what can i do please some help me :( this 2 problems are the only problems i have can i fix it or not i wanna know pls

Next time it crashes, look in the logs before opening and you should see what is the error here :)

ok il try lock again... last time i have look i found nothing :| and whit the arena how can i fix it ? i mean i need a special patch for this realeas or ? i haved try like 10 patches to enter in chages nothing good...same gs_cs crashh :|
