This is not a problem, this is just a function of JPN protocol server, that you have to buy Seal of Mobility (press X to open Cashshop and buy that item - you must be in safezone) in order to move all maps. Of course you can move without buying this by changing some offset in main.exe but I don't know.

Just change the cash to buy Seal of Mobility to 0 if you don't care about cashshop, so you'll purchase it free.

SERVER\CashShopServer\CashShopList.txt

The number in red is the time (minutes) effective for each time buy this seal, you can adjust.

if u want use 1.03k ... do this...
i don't know where u can find main with full /move

Activating of FixGetQueuedCompletionStatus crash the server after FixGetQueuedCompletionStatus error. Don't activate it.

This must be FixGetQueuedCompletionStatus=0 ?
Or FixGetQueuedCompletionStatus=1 ?

Annev, any chance for more updates mate? or are you out of this project for good?

Would be real nice to add a /reset command and add reset options to the options file :)

With all the fixes you have put in, makes this a great server release but there is always room for improvement... Hopefully you're not out of this project..
