English skilltest.bmd for 1.04K\1.04L Client(New Season3 Skill System)

Hey,
I noticed that the new skilltest.bmd have new structure, therefore 95% of you will not be able to translate it(there is no bmd editor that can open it)
Therefore I decided to translate it by myself

Credits:
Skill names until season2 taken from mu global
Skill names of season3 translated with Google translator therefore may be strange names :)

Pentium for decoding, replacing the names to English one,encoding, adding crc value:wavetowel ;)

No, I am very limited with free time...
to fix protocols in the Gs, there is need to work on it many hours and i can't afford it due to my study at the university...
I now do only small things, that take 10-30 minutes, like translating this bmd or making pictures of new items...
