[FIX]failed to connect to DB at some websites.

with some webservers you get an error of failing to connect to the mssql database even tho you entered your correct username, password and IP. This is an error in ntwdblib.dll. if you have this error search your system for that dll and replace it with the attached one. make a back up of the old dll(s). hope this helps

If (someone here) is using AppServer's bundle you can find the same DLL from php folder and copy it from there to Apache/bin, X:\Windows\system32
