So in this logic i presume TitansTech team pays WebZen a fee for using their files like base? Come on dudes, I will understand the thing with the payment but if they build their files from zero. This isn't the case.

No, they dont have to pay webzen because they use emulator and im sure its 90% rewrited, with what webzen has nothing to do =)
