ontopic: there is no any custom features or configs whatsoever, lets make the basic season 3 functions bugless first. for that to happen i need your help to test the files!

ranking and event databases are included in MuOnline, so yeah, only 1 db

there will be custom options later which includes checksum for example, but right now this is only released to test bugs, not recommended for public server.

+1 for custom commands like /post,/str,agi,vit,ene,com

and found little things to fix - Max additional opt. +16 to +28 ,twisting slash works without weapon.
