beware you should crack them at a sandbox (maybe contains some traps has i been told).

This is main of your argument, little misspelling? You are at least funny, you should be aware of treating law seriously, otherwise you may fall in big trouble with us. This is good to have Administrator's opinion like this in the record of whole this stinky matter.

A user tried to sell his license, you took it, he released the files and you threaten to sue me? My contact details are in the policy in the footer, a physical contract address is there to contact and to send documentation.
