I think this deserves to be posted here so here you go. If you want to have level 4 wings on your server download the following files, replace Server & Client side files and test.
I got no screenshots atm but it would be nice if someone test and post.

Please test as I didn't have enough time to test therefore I cannot give more info.
Those virus errors might be because of packed dlls
Test.dll & CS.dll is probably the DLLs which is allowing wings on GS side
Just add them on server/client and test
Also you can try hooking those DLLs on 11.11.82/92-12.20
But.. this dll files are for: 1.03.51 = Y+ Client -> Season 6 Episode 2 not 3 of: GMO, mmm... XMu.dll is made by: Tomatoes is a old AriethMu_S6.dll Full Unpacked and Cracked, and changed offsets for: 1.03Y+ Offsets.

and the main is not also supported with 1.04D....
