Why can not select file? I Downloaded a lest version, I put the xampp and when you choose to file, directs me to a blank page. What is wrong?

PS I need this download file, to edit ItemTooltip

I tried the online tool to edit the item.bmd and there is a lot of weird characters and all itens are with the same attributes numbers :S

I also tried the off line version with xaamp and it gives a blank page when I try load the item file.

Firefox - Open Magic Hand Beta 2.0 - click Item.bmd - new tab open - blank page :(

It would be nice if Chinese support can be added.
Chinese Encoding is GB-2312. As of now all Chinese characters cannot be displayed.
Here is one Season 6 Item.txt with Chinese item names, fail to convert into bmd. (bmd with 4 bytes lol)

Dear magichand. Why not back to RZ. I miss u. We all need your help.

For all people having problems with the upload function (using XAMPP):
Solution:
change in xampp\php\php.ini
error_reporting = E_ALL | E_STRICT
to
error_reporting = OFF
and restart appache.
Now it should work fine ;)

Don't forget to Like it :)
