You can search for it, the server files I have already have silent map. It's lucianoaibar's 99.62xt files. Other than that I don't know how to add maps.
If anyone can find/make a main.exe for 3D and zoom for my server version, I would appreciate it.

I tried the main.exe that was released in this thread, both the one for HasteMu sever files and 1.02N. It was pretty buggy for me. I couldn't move my character, warp, attack, only move the camera.

Are you sure it's a OZT file extension, because it also could be a OZJ and may look the same. I suggest you check and make sure.

To me, I see a slight difference in the files.

The 3D cam works with the Immotall client but it hase some bugs. Missing NPC's and mobs. And when fighting mobs it hangs my chars.
