Monster_and_MonsterSetBase for Noobs and Pros

ok people i have almost re done the monster and monster set base,

a lot of info for help people to add monsters anyware in the mu world

what it has::

- Full English Monster.txt and MonsterSetBase.txt

- Toltal new organization

- 90% of the moster location error.. gone (it only has some ramdon)

- Red Dragon, Sea Worm and Molt.

- Doble Spawn Rate Lorencia, Davias, Noria and other places too.

- Fixed Gold Names

- Some mobs in Stadium (after u see the msb it will be easy to put mobs there :P)

- Normal NPC Places

- Elite Orc, Orc archer and Red Dragon spam in Dabias castle (west)

- Norm atributes for mobs (it can be change easy too)

and other minor things....

lol after like 2 years heheheh this file was the firsts vercions of mu lol like the 0.97d and stuff like that hehehe lol good to know that its still here :D
