MSB Formater - Make your MonsterSetBase.txt Pretty

Hello all.

I downloaded a MonsterSetBase Formater for some time ago. And it annoyed me that it didnt had Season2 Monsters and NPC's.

So now i decided to update it : )

EXAMPLE:

This is how it looks before:

53 0 30 185 132 185 132  -1  3
54 0 30   183 128 188   135  -1  10

This is how it looks after:

53    0    30    185    132    185    132    -1    3 // GoldenTitan
54    0    30    183    128    188    135    -1    10 // GoldenSolider

Now people can just make random spots in stadium, and after that, just find out wich mobs u put in there.

It can also translate from chinese to english :P
