This is server side utilities, that helps u set up server, nothing more - how to connect, search for guide :)

damn, i just dld, this program is great. here are all the Features (since xStream didn't post them):

General
1. Customize Exp, Guild Create Level, Delete Char Lvl
2. Turn BC and DS On/Off
3. Item Drop %, Monster HP %, Time Money stays on the ground.
4. Medal, Heart of Love and Star Of Sacred Rebirth drop rates.
5. Golden Mobs regen time, BoK drop rate, and Exc Item Drop Rate (From BoKs)

GameServer (works only on 97d gameserver)
1. Player Limit, Exc Drop Rate 1/x
2. Jewels Success Rate and Prices
3. Chaos Machine Success Rates
4. Potion Restore Rates
5. Lvl Up Points
6. FIX POTION BUG!

Boxes & Shops Editor
This is for editing shopXX.txt files and eventitembagXX.txt - Shows which eventitembag is which, and which shop is which.
1. Item Levels, Durability, Option, Exc Options, Skill, Luck, etc.

Mu Server Startup
This is much like SkyTeam's MuServerStartup

IP & Port Changes
You can change CS.exe's port here, and change the IPs in all files:
CS/Data/serverlist.dat
CS/Data/connectserverlist.dat
Data/Lang/kor, chs, and tai/commonloc.cfg
Data/commonserver.cfg

It changes the IP in all these files with just the click of a button! so you dont have to go through all the files changing IPs (for those with a dynamic IP).

Thats all the features it has, all in one tiny box =P - I really reccomend it.
A MOD put this post on the top, or below xStream's so ppl c it.
