You can ignore PC Bang error,
ItemShopServer put correct ips,
you are missing file in /gameserver/data/serverinfo.dat

1st. ServerInfo.dat not found

1st question: The parametres of my IP must given every time i run the GameServerEx/Launch.exe ? or i can config it somewhere to remain?

2nd question: Which of these errors are not a problem?

also when i run the client i have "you are disconnected from the server" so there is no 'server on' at this point
