It looks that my config (as it seems) must be ok...
Also it looks that the message "LoginServer connect fail" its not from the server calculation but somewhere else..
I set up an older server (S3E1) that before 1 week works on my PC, and now i meet the same message.
I dont know where i must check now, i re-install ms loopback adapter... but im thinking maybe i must setup windows to be clean, and start again.
Could be a problem appear after i run, xampp, inetbub (wwwroot)? in control panel, admin tools, IIS , the inetpub is closed, it not run, cos xampp runs in the pc... but now im in confusion... can i setup ms loopback adaptor and NOT use IIS. Is that loopback adaptor nesessary?

Also i cant setup windows again now, cos i download a big file from torrent... it need 2 days to download... so i think its time for a time out with the mu servers...

I have an error starting the server ranking server. start another game server configurations and operating correctly.
configure the game server ip as explain in the post but I still dating the same mistake, let imagnes attached
configure the ranking dns server passwords, server event, ExDB. but the problem persists
