    nice

    but one question

    are you going to add later to some other version some bmd -> smd and smd -> bmd?

    that would be excellent ! !

    Anyways 10/10.

    Keep up the good work

    thumbs up Re: [Release] MUModelView 0.02

    Looks very nice, thanks orz8

    If you do make a converter, be sure to remember that (unless this has changed sometime in the last year) you don't need to run the xor-enc against the BMD since clients can all use decrypted BMDs as well as encrypted ones (for backwards-compatibility with some of the older model files). This may have changed since I was last in the MU scene (18 months ago), but it's worth a look.

    Better yet, if you can code a bypass for the main.exe so that it doesn't even go through the dec routine for any of the data files, then you could simply dump an entire client's files to TGA, JPG, BMP, SMD, etc and forget about needing converters for every client after that; any new official release can then get decrypted and added into the repository of nice, easy-to-edit files we have to build our custom clients from... Until WZ changes the enc type, but that'll take them a while probably since they'd have to push the updates to every client or be forced to keep releasing broken encryption

    I hope some of that made sense!

    P.S: The interface looks great, maybe the selection bit looks a bit out of place though? The plain white box for selection, maybe skin it with a frame like the rest of it, instead of a highlighting colour? It already looks pro but I think that would add to it

    wow!so many words!
    Good idea, but not quite understand.
    sorry for my English reading ability.
    Do you mean when the program loads the texture should be read jpg or ozj(Easy-to-external tools to edit jpg)???

    p.s: the interface can be edit, all the dialog be set by "data\ui\dialog.xml",the interface's style be set by "data\ui\uistyle.xml".
    A high degree of freedom:normal pic, 3*3 rectangle pic, background-color, line , etc.
    uistyle.xml
    Code:
    	<element name="combobox.selected,listbox.selected,editbox.selection">
    		<background-color>
    			<color normal="#FFFF" disabled="#EEEE" hidden="#0FFF" focus="#FFFF" mouseover="#FFFF" pressed="#FFFF"/>
    		</background-color>
    		<font	format="LEFT|VCENTER">
    			<color normal="#F000" disabled="#CCCC" hidden="#0" focus="#F000" mouseover="#F134" pressed="#F034"/>
    		</font>
    	</element>
    u can change the background-color as you please.

    It took a little time, and now I know what you mean.

    This is very difficult to support reading smd by main.exe(for me:)).

    I think to develope some tools to support these encrypted files easier to manage/spread than to break these.

    p.s:If I make a game client, I will pack up files, and eliminate all of the real file path/filename(not easy to modify res). it will be looks neat for gamers
