I've got same problem with version 97j. Ranking doesn't work because all characters have ctlcode = <NULL> . Website shows characters in ranking just if character ctlcode = 0. So if you want open enterprise manager go to database - muonline- characters dbo. And change all characters ctlcode to 0 .
