enter includes/character.class.php
open it and press ctrl+g put line 323 and replace

with this one

That Is Not Hack You Forget Delete Install Folder In MuWeb 0.4. When You Finish Install Dont Forget! Delete Install Folder Coz Any People Can Install It Again And Change Everythink In Your Website.

and open httpd.CONF

find this:
