Anyways for SunLove, try using Iphlpapi.dll, this dll is used by netstat, so with some readings here IP Helper (Windows) , you will be able to stop even custom proxyes, the protection covers just proxys ( most of the current cheats). More or less try using GetIfTable and check that before connecting, check if any port is listening.
the protection with this is easy-medium. the disadvantage is that DLL injection isn't covered, but Proxys with DLL injection use to have IPC, and most of the cheat coders don't use this system.
