Another way to Edit Config.ttc?

My ttc Editor 1.4.2_ENG_Last.exe closed after i select Config.ttc file to edit.... no luck even i disable or remove m anti virus.... please help.

Antihack in main.exe ?

thats what i expect but it seems weird because i want to edit config.ttc but after selecting config.ttc the ttc Editor 1.4.2_ENG_Last and other lower version auto close. i already removed my anti virus before i did this. dont know what to do...

I've already tried edit the config.ttc in different OS but no luck.

Windows 7 x86
Windows 2008 Server x64
