My ttc Editor 1.4.2_ENG_Last.exe closed after i select Config.ttc file to edit.... no luck even i disable or remove m anti virus.... please help.

this config file can run both 32bt and 64bit .
thats what i expect but it seems weird because i want to edit config.ttc but after selecting config.ttc the ttc Editor 1.4.2_ENG_Last and other lower version auto close. i already removed my anti virus before i did this. dont know what to do...
