Original TT 11.70.28 client with custom wings and jewels (Needn't dll for GS)

How to add custom items in this client?
Co'z when I check the client file I see all custom items in the Item Folder not on the Player folder.
custom items name in SCF_ARMOR101.bmd in Item folder.
but in other client named ArmorMale101.bmd in Player folder.

When I try to RENAME the ArmorMale101.bmd into SCF_ARMOR101.bmd and replace the .bmd in Player folder, Main.exe is not working..
