I Try this some time ago, go to magichand, go to export to client, and select item.bmd, upload, and you'll get an item.txt file in return, when i did this, every custom item was working fine....maybe your version ain't supported :|

You can not have security file Config.ttc the reason that anyone can pick up the data from your server (ip, version, serial) and edit with another Main, access your server full of hackers!
The correct thing to encrypt this file, do not know how or insert it into the main. Any suggestions?

Guess it's not working for season6 item.bmd, I used it for older files.

I tested 1.3.7 can support English and Chinse.
I dont know what is your problem
So I set 1.3.8 AS only Enlish support.
Next version I will set the Language in *.ini files.
