Just to let you know IPX hacked this web in 1 day on a noob ass server.
So might not be as secure as you think.

1. Supports separated account and character database.

Yes, isnt secure at all, but could be secured... A very bad thing is using non encripted password in cookie too.

aecrimch: IP Registration limitation is VERY easy to bypass, trans server cloning is a horrible idea imo only b/c its easy to trick people into thinking a character from another server is yours. Your idea for the referral system is creative, but its still easy to change IPs or use a proxy.
