Hello @DragonSeth , I am trynig to go inside illusion temple but seams it doesn't work.
The illusion temple is enabled,i tried to reload it with comand /itstart or from the server but nothing happens,i also changed the time in the xml file.

Hi, first of all thanks for sharing.
I have a few questions about the files:
1. Is it possible to change the item price when buying/selling them on NPC shops? I tried to modify the ItemSellPriceDivisor from IGC_PriceSettings.ini, but that does not seem to work as expected. The item price is shown different from what I get when I sell the item. My goal here is to make items very cheap. (in the lines of 1-1000 zen)
2. Does main.exe ignore the registries DisplayDeviceName and UserID? I try to make a launcher that saves the username before you enter the game. If I delete those 2, they are recreated. If I modify them to be different from null, the game does not recognize them. Do you know anything about this?
3. Is there any way to disable Personal Store in game? Maybe disable the event when pressing P in game. I don't know if this is coded in any way. I found a place to disable /offtrade, but that is not related to my situation.

Thanks for your input. Unfortunately that setting is set to 0. I can still go in Lorencia and press P. The empty list is showing. Is there a way to disable that?

Hello @DragonSeth ,thanks for the server.
I have a problem with the level up points stats in game.
A player can have maximum 70800 level up points , which are not showing properly in game.
For example , if i add 66 000 level up points via admincp it will show in game only 464,the points are still there but not visual.
If you ex: /addstr 464 , then it shows 0 points,if you add again ex: /addagi 100 the other points will show up.
If i add 65 000 , it shows perfectly.Do you think this is server side issue ?Thank You.

The maximum number of points displayed in the game is 65536, this is a limitation in the MU itself

I think there's a problem with the IGC_InvasionManager.xml . Every event works except the Skeleton King one. I tried editing this part:

I kept testing and apparently the mobs spawn, but there is no server notification (the yellow text in the middle of the screen). I found out that they appear by reading the server console.

1. The ServerManager:
- When choose Start Server --> Basic Setup ==> Nothing happen
- When choose Start Server --> Full Setup (Without BattleCore) ==> The cmd appear note "The system cannot find the file IGC.xxx.exe" for all
What should be the cause of this?
2. When I open programs (DataServer, ConnectServer, GS-N) manually, port 44405 opened but port GS-N (56900) not opened, so PC outside can't connect to the server (see the server but disconnect after click on). Do you have any idea?

1.Missing files, Or corrupted, during download or extraction.
2. Try turning off firewall temporarily as well. Make sure all IP locations are changed and that all ports are opened.

Copy code from .dat files and paste to the converter. Converted code copy to "IGC_CashItem_Info.xml" and "IGC_Cashitem_List.xml".* insert only code, that is everything between "1" and "end".

When I run ConnectServer, after the list of servers, it appears "[NOTICE]: IOCP Thread Handles set to 16", dont know if this affect to the disconnection when I start the game as said above.

I have a weird bug when I press "Enter" to write a chat message. Sometimes the input is unselected and when I type it doesn't write anything. It happens even if I turn down Mu Helper. So it's not from that. I am between monsters.
It's frustrating because the chat is important.
I can't really tell why it happens. Do you have any ideas @DragonSeth ?

Just sharing experience for anyone who have the same problem as mine (setting up MU server on the 2nd Router, and cause ports forwarded in 2nd router not opened).
Basically imagine the model like this:
Internet --> Modem from ISP --> 2nd Router --> PC with MU Server setup
You may have done filling DNS (if available) and forwarded all needed ports but when you start all servers, the ports not opened, so client outside can't reach the server. It is because it still stuck in between the Modem & Router. What you need to do is to forward the LAN IP of Router on Modem as well. There are 2 ways doing this: (Option 1) Simply set the LAN IP of Router in DMZ on Modem or (Option 2) manually fill in each MU's ports in Modem with LAN IP of Router.
Here I give example of Option 2:
Modem has default gateway IP: 192.168.1.1
Router LAN IP: 192.168.1.101 (depend on how you set the DHCP range), and Router default gateway IP: 192.168.11.1
Your PC IP: 192.168.11.200 (provided from Router)
Then on Modem, you need to forward:
Name IP Port-Start Port-End
ConnectServer 192.168.1.101 44405 44405
Same for others .......
And similar in Router:
Name IP Port Start Port End
ConnectServer 192.168.11.200 44405 44405

Dont know if everyone has this.
When Elf uses skill, it cost mana, for example skill Triple Shot need 20 mana/shot, but when the current mana become very small like 8 or 10, it doesn't reload (use new mana pot) so Elf not shot until the mana re-filled automatically. It happens quite often. I have no this problem with other server file.

I just tested using multi shot skill and it takes the mana potion automaticaly.Maybe you have wrong mana potions index?

I downloaded the Server 9.5.1.20, Client With Glow Issue Fixed and applied the Client Update 9.5.1.20. After that, do I still need to apply the Error & Miscellaneous Fixes or the 9.5.1.20 Server Patch and 9.5.1.20 Client Patch?

Custom wings are not supported atm. You can add them but you will have the issues you described.

Yes you still need to apply those fixes. When the next update releases it will be appiled already.

@DragonSeth May I request you something? Could you upload the GameServer files with logging disabled please. I know my request is pretty niche but I hate the bunch of logs it creates, seeing as I only play alone or at most with other 5 people. Thanks in advance and keep up the good work!!!

You must go to each gameserver folder and open GameServer.ini and look for
Code:
; Create Log files, 0 to disable
LogCreate = 1 <Change this to a 0
Unless your meaning something different.

It didn't work, the GameServer.exe still creates a bunch of folders with logs in it. Also there isn't any option on DataServer.ini and ConnectServer.ini to disable logs. I think the problem is that they are hardcoded and the only way to disable them is by changing on your source and recompiling it. Please take a look at it again and thank you again for any response

Hi, I don't know if you can do anything about it, but there's a warp bug for BK.
When I use weapon skill like Cyclone or anything similar and I try to warp using M, the character is dashing through the new map. I don't know how to explain it in words. The character is moving real fast through the new map and is not in the warp area.
Let me know if you can recreate this, thanks

I found another bug: when i write a message "/post <message>" and i backspace until only "/post" remains, then weird symbols are sent in global chat

Similar to how WoW controls are, there is autoattack enabled but the skills are manual, so you can micromanage or use them on cooldowns

MU has its own way to control the auto, and very flexible to control of how and which skill to be use, and how that skill is actived. Better learn to use with it, I believe DragonSeth not to do anything about this, because it simply what MU is.

Yeah I understand, is off topic, but I though there was some line of code on the source to disable autoattack on skills, because I remember vaguely on older clients there wasn't an auto attack or auto skill, it was all manually

Here is a problem with Login box in client, the value was taken from regedit but in my regedit only 2 parameters UserID and DisplayDeviceName and both of then dont want to insert in login box username which was in regedit. Thank you ;)
