[Release] Compiled IGCN Season 9 Server Files

Until now the only bugs?/misconfiguration we have found,

-When obtain Box of Heaven and Lucky Coin in inventory the names are Celestial Box and Christmas Firecracker
-Moss the gambler do not change position
-Cherry Blossom Event do not work ( Improper items for combination! )
-Some times we can not add stats or change item location in inventory and If you open a shop then its ok
-Some items do not have name/option

PH dont have internet open ports from your modem so just try to cmd then type ipconfig and check your modem gateway IPv4 and use it

Need to change ips in IGC_ServerList

I have a server behind the router.
If I change the IP to external, there is no connection, for this I use the program NO-IP.
Because of this, can this write?

So u have a dns in no-ip! Change ips as first post sez to your no-ip!
