This is not my application, i just saw a post earlier releasing this and i don't know why it was deleted, so i decided to post the link again so all ppl can enjoy this new editor

SETUP

1.- Run the MuEditor.sql in the QueryAnalyzer (ONLY FOR MD5 USERS)
2.- Put the WZ_MD5_MOD.dll in your \Micorsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\Binn (ONLY FOR MD5 USERS)
3.- Set the DNS inside the MuEditor.exe in \File\SQL Connection
4.- You must run at least Once time the DataServer.exe (For Create Characters)
5.- Launch it!

The MuEditor with the highest potential.
Some things I want to keep in mind:
Is it really necessary to put the user(s) into a database???
Better practice is, using the OS for controlling user access and admin.
Not everyone is using the Editor on the gameserver with sqlserver installed.
Often they use a workstation which has not even sql client tools installed.

Remote access (WAN) doesn`t seem to work! Program crashes - without stopping the czfeditor process - when you try to edit anything.
LAN access works fine!

probably because neither of you followed the rules for this section which state you have to either work on the files, or in such a case where you can not contact the author (not the case in this instance) give credit to the original author which was not done. Not against you all posting the work...just pointing out the probable cause for deletion...

ok, i found my error, i need to create a new odbc for the editor.

Now it says that the account doesnt exist.

Why????

there is no default account of administrator, just the account you made and it's stored in the main database(default MuOnline, Me_MuOnline if 6 DBs)

You really have to fix t"UNKNOWN ITEM" bug.. Every item created by the game are considering "UNKNWON" for the editor. ONly items created by the editor are working.

"could not find stored procedure - 'SP_MD5_ENCODE_VALUE'"
what mueditor should i use?
