A smart thing to do would be to check the files for the bugs, that is why the the files are released in the first place .

while running the server from server startup when it comes to gameserver or gameserverscs it shows me that gameserver(gameservercs).dll is missing i took a look in muserver.rar but there are no gameserver.dll files. Any suggestions ? tnx

When i try to start this in my dedicated, it consumes tons of memory (the dataserver1, like 400mb) and it doesnt show up (they dont start)

I got the dataserver fixed by adding spaces intead of dots in iplist...


but my join server wont open :/

i really need help, my joinserver wont start anyway can i replace it for any another md5 one ?

hi, I don't mean to sound stupid or anything, but I'm getting the connection error using ODBC. I added the odbc.reg file about 5 times, I triple checked all the IP's and I still can't get connection trough ODBC. assist anyone?

what are you using SQL 2000 or SQL 2005?

You need to check everything of the connection including the odbc which is connected in your database you can check your odbc if it is ok.

control panel/administrative tools/Data Source(ODBC) @ the second button click system DSN, their you can find the databases that you enter in the way of odbc.reg. :)

I am using sql 2k. I did my research and found out that it WAS Working, but was loading the ODBC information in the x64 side and not in the x32 side as it should. Don't want to break my head with headaches about that and did the simpler thing - install XP x86.
lost 500 megs of ram, but nonetheless, not my problem.

movinig to other issues now, I cannot seem to load the gameserver.dll.. is the gs packed or whatever?
everytime I start it, it says, and I quote "cannot load gameserver.dll"
also, I do have another problem with the cashshopserver.exe

it says exactly this: ERROR! the (55821) port is bind the service failure.

how can that port be bind to something else or closed or whatever!?! I've set my server PC in DMZ mode by my modem, meaning, all the ports are unblocked. any solutions to both my problems?

gameserver.dll already here, just find the link for the new dll and replace to your current.

cahshop server bind already solve and there is a patch or .bat in this thread use search. :) GL

Hi Humanoid! Again, thank you for your immediate assistance, I really appreciate it!

update 1: the gameserver issues was fixed. Most people suggested to download and Install NF 3.5.
1,2 and presto. no more failed to load gameserver.dll.

update 2: turns out my firewall was blocking it! My bad!!


edit: Update 3. When launching mu.exe (also tried with a launcher) the client does not start..

And if I use another JoinServer emulator it says JoinServer connect Fail
I just got a VPS to test, gonna test this time WITHOUT sp2 ...

Hi there. i had no problem with files when i have windows XP SP3 and sql server 2000.

Now i installed windows 7 (32 bit) and mssql 2005. I have problem with Dataservers. I see them run in application manager but dataserver window doesnt show up.

Please help ! T_T

These databases were configured specifically for XP and SQL2000

they won't work on anything else man
