yes i have dynamic ip and i already done that...don`t know what else to do i have problem whit that ports i think...i have started 1 time but i could connect only from my computers no one else could connect only me:| i have seen a lot of tutorials and done exactly like they say and nothing :( maybe its diffrent from each server :(
