If I change IP's to my local 127.0.0.1 IP, can I run this locally, or does it actually require a global IP?

How to change lvl up points? If there is anyway to hex it, please tell me with the guide :P

alguem me ajuda, meu servidor nao entra em cry wolf e castle siege, eu ja configurei mapserverinfo corretamente, mais o gs nao manda o char para o outro gs.

alguem sabe oq pode esta acontecendo.

any me she helps, my server no enters in cry wolf and caste siege , I setup mapserverinfo correctly , the gs no sende the character to the another gs.
