do you have opened port that launcher can connect with the server because link are base to connect with web server.
also try set this links with IP

example:
1. Copy Launcher.exe and your MU client
2. Hex Launcher.exe

Put folder update into xampp/htdocs/ (folder update file)

File Update
1. Create new forlder and put files you want to update
2. Open UpdateGenerator.exe and select that forder files
3. Save List in that folder files
4. Copy all file *.rar and update.txt put into folder web update xampp/htdocs/update

Register setting
Open config.php in folder reg
Registered account page only supports PHP 7 and above
