Got the server files working but I get disconnected after clicking the server. Then I saw, the only thing I did not do (I think) is packing the jewel.dll
Downloading PECompact and going to try it. I have no idea if this will fix my problem, but I'll edit this post as soon as I have results.

Packing jewels.dll will not solve your problem.

Verify if serial is identic (server and client);
Verify if IP is identic (server and client).

i changed the ip to 127.0.0.1 and it dont work , still connect to official server.

should i patch every upload over the client you posted? i mean, full client>packv5>packLastVersion>packv6>packv7>packv10? i know i can ignore simple packs like jewels.dll alone, but do i need to download anything else to make it work? is it necesary to pack/compress jewels.dll to make it work? or thats not needed? can i use a shorter serial number? my old server one was 2 character shorter, can i keep it? (and fill with 00 00)
Can you make a final pack with all the needed files to patch over the full client you posted?

every update contain all files you need to replace old files... you can download only last update, edit jewels.dll with your serial, version and IP and that is all...

PS: i do not think is a good idea to have a serial length different than 16 chars (serial is one of the security measure of your server, thats why i suggest to pack / compress jewels.dll).

what is the best pack/compress software for jewels.dll, main.exe, config.tcc and .bmd files??? can you recommend us of what software to use?

i all ready have the jewell working but explain me how it is work what it the min lvl min option what it mean, and to put the jewel in a item the item needs to be exe or cam bu normal ?
