Guys please need some advice:
Just install windows 7 im not so familiar with it i even try to install .net but it say .net installed with the OS.
Question: what is the SQL server that i am going to use in win7 to run this S5 server. i search google and says that only SQL server 2005 SP3 and SQL server 2008 SP1 is compatible to windows 7.
Is there missing file chatserver? BEcause in startup.ini is chatserver , but in files there is missing chatserver folder and chatserver file.
Review 2 or 3 pages back some one confirm that update 3 don't have chat server files. (tiger234 maybe not sure)Originally Posted by xiveris

as of now i can't help you since i haven't tried update 3 yet. currently setting up my PC with windows 7 since i can't run update 3 on win XP but i succeed in update 2.

what to fix gs_cs is fixed its all to ip sql pass and open ports..
i'm using windows 7 32bit i use sqleval 2000 original no problems with it..
