Sql is not opened on windows 7 x64. There is sp4 for IA64. if you know any solution tell me please.

All 1.07 clients are working with this relese. All you have to do is edit SCFData/SCF_Common.ini with the right client version and serial

SQL2000 to win7x64
Try SQL2005 for x64 bit machine.

i open autorun.exe with xp mode and run as administrator but it gives error.

SQL 2000 work on all Win7 x86 x64 if you have error when you run setup.exe or autorun.exe find the file that its show you the error and "Run As Administrator" the file too like you "Run as administrator" the setup.exe or autorun.exe ...

Thats is it good luck if you have other problems with win7 tell it i'm almost expert with this OS

You must install the SQLEVAL first before SP4...
