I tested it with your settings but with PkLimitFree = 0 can not kill most other players.
the command /pkclear and /pkset is not used in the server because the player has to play to clear the pk, but the problem with the item above +5, the excellent and ancient body of this drop are becoming complicated, makes it open a PVP server.
